Shipping Policy

Every INDDIORA piece is hand-finished, inspected and packed at our atelier before being dispatched to you. The following terms apply to all orders placed on inddiora.com, which is operated by Inddiora Enterprises LLP.

Processing time

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and engraved pieces require an additional 7–14 business days before dispatch.

Delivery within India

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Non-metro & remote pin codes: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500. A flat fee of ₹150 applies on orders below this value.

Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link is emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's portal.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours at care@inddiora.com with photographs of the packaging.

International shipping

International orders are currently fulfilled on request. Please write to care@inddiora.com for a quote — duties and taxes at the destination are borne by the customer.
